Policies

LATE AND NO-SHOW POLICY
An appointment is an exclusive reservation with our doctor, as we overbook only in rare cases.  We try our best to see our patients on time and need your help to keep on schedule.  If you are more than 5 minutes late for your child’s appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  If you fail to show up for an appointment without giving our office a 24-hour notice more than three times in a year (per family), you may be dismissed from our practice.

FINANCIAL POLICY

PATIENT PRIVACY
Patient Privacy is important to us. You may read more in our Notice of Privacy Practices which describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed, as well as how you can get access to this information. 

PRESCRIPTION REFILL POLICY
Prescription Refill Requests will be addressed within 48-72 hours.

FORM REQUEST POLICY
School, Camp, and Physical Forms are typically completed during the visit. If these forms are dropped off at a later date, they will be completed within 48-72 hours and have an associated charge.

AFTER_HOURS TRIAGE NURSE POLICY
Triage Calls are complimentary during office hours. After-hours we use a contracted nurse-triage system.  As a courtesy, we waive charges for this after-hours service for all patients from birth to age two months.
