Well-Child Visits
Your child needs to be seen for well-child visits at:
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 24 months
- 30 months
Beginning at age 3 years, your child needs to be seen annually.
